Shipping and packaging

For all deliveries within Germany, shipping and packaging costs are EUR 7.00 per package up to 5 kg and EUR 10.00 per package up to 31 kg.

For deliveries abroad, shipping and packaging costs are EUR 15.00 per package up to 15 kg and EUR 30.00 per package up to 20 kg.

For shipments to non-EU countries, the respective country's customs authorities also charge fees. Please check in advance how much these are.

Delivery conditions and reservation of self-supply

Unless otherwise stated in the offer, the delivery time in Germany is approx. 3-5 days and is carried out by DHL. The delivery time to other European countries is approx. 5-12 days and is carried out by DHL, to countries outside Europe it is approx. 7-30 days and is carried out by DHL.

If not all of the products ordered are in stock, we are entitled to make partial deliveries at our expense, provided this is reasonable for you.

If delivery of the goods fails through your fault despite three delivery attempts, we may withdraw from the contract. Any payments made will be refunded to you immediately. If the ordered product is not available because we are not supplied with this product by our suppliers through no fault of our own, we may withdraw from the contract. In this case, we will inform you immediately and, if necessary, suggest the delivery of a comparable product. If no comparable product is available or you do not want a comparable product, we will refund the purchase price paid by you immediately.
