Right of Withdrawal


Right of Revocation
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.

You may use the attached model withdrawal form, which is, however, not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You shall bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Explanation of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of audio or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package if the seal has been removed after delivery.

Warranty
All goods from our shop are subject to statutory warranty rights.

We warrant that the goods delivered by us are free from manufacturing and material defects. We are not liable for the suitability of the goods for any particular purpose intended by the purchaser.

Resale of Goods for Commercial Purposes
You undertake to purchase the ordered goods exclusively for private use. This applies to all goods offered by Rammstein Merchandising oHG, including special offers. Resale of goods for commercial purposes or in a commercial manner is strictly prohibited. In particular, it is forbidden to distribute the goods commercially or for profit by selling them to third parties or unauthorized commercial sellers, via internet auctions, or unauthorized online shops. Rammstein Merchandising oHG reserves all claims arising from any breach of the above agreement. Furthermore, Rammstein Merchandising oHG reserves the right, in the event of a breach by the purchaser, to cancel any orders not yet delivered and/or to refuse any future orders.

Private, non-commercial resale of the purchased goods is permitted without restriction.

  • Our delivery conditions apply to all orders.
  • We warrant that the goods delivered by us are free from manufacturing and material defects. Please note that slight color variations between the images on the websites and the delivered item may occur due to technical reasons and do not constitute a defect. We are not liable for the suitability of the goods for any particular purpose intended by the purchaser.
  • Special offers are valid only while stocks last.
  • All prices are stated including the applicable statutory VAT.
  • Price changes and errors are reserved.
  • Due to the printing process, minimal color deviations may occur.
